I started working at the age of 18 as a Post-Closing Agent. Once I had that under my belt, I moved to being a Processor in the secondary market (which is where the loans get sold to other lending institutions).

With a year’s experience, I moved to a mortgage company and learned the lending side from opening a file to getting it ready for closing.

After another several years I moved to the title side of real estate: search for liens, process the file , write estoppel letters, satisfy liens and assist in closing the file (introducing each document to the buyers , getting it signed and notarized, disbursement of checks).

After marrying and starting my family I kept working and became the Vice President for a Real Estate Law Firm for a brief period but then became a full-time wife and mother until returning to the Real Estate world several years ago!
